Birth Supplies

Please gather these items at 35/36 weeks and store them with your birth kit once it arrives. Download a printable checklist here.

• Pack of heavy flow, medium, and liner pads for postpartum bleeding

• 2 gallon-size freezer bags

• 2 large trash bags

• 1 mattress cover or plastic shower curtain

• Two sets of sheets: 1 that can get dirty and 1 for tucking you into at the very end

• 1 digital thermometer

• 2 rolls of paper towls

• 1 disinfectant wipes

• 5-10 washcloths

• 3-5 towels

• 5 flannel or cotton receiving blankets

• Snacks for yourself and birth team (I’m vegetarian and gluten free, thanks!)

• Fishnet scooper

• Jar of raw honey
