A 90 minute introductory workshop for women seeking a whole-person approach to metabolic and hormonal wellbeing.

Many women struggle with fatigue, irregular cycles, mood shifts, fertility challenges, cravings, weight gain, or simply the feeling that something in their body feels “off.” Too often, we’re given fragmented advice to manage the symptoms, lose weight, diet, or push harder. But our health doesn’t exist in isolated parts.

Our blood sugar, hormones, nervous systems, nourishment, movement and rest, sleep and activity, and our emotional and spiritual wellbeing are deeply interconnected.

In this introductory workshop, we’ll explore how metabolic health influences women’s cycles, fertility, energy, and overall wellbeing–and how returning to balance can support long-term health in sustainable, loving ways.

Grounded in whole-person wellness and the understanding that our bodies are an amanah, this workshop invites women to approach their health with greater curiosity, compassion, knowledge, and care.
