• In Person Appointments - $275 (home), $225 (office)

• Virtual Consultations - $200 for up to 90 minute initial, $150 for up to 60 minute returning

Not many people realize that a gynecologist isn't the only provider who can provide annual wellness care. Many people feel uncomfortable going for an annual exam or getting a pap. Some people desire trauma-informed care that moves at the speed of trust and communication. Others want to avoid medications and use diet and herbs to treat whatever's going on.

I offer wellness care in the privacy of your home, at your pace, and under your control. No stirrups, I promise. Some things that we can do together:

• Pap smears - How often do I need a Pap?

• Breast exams - How do I perform a self-exam?

• Sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing

• Identification of bacterial vaginosis, candida, and other vaginal infections

• Pregnancy testing

• Contraception counseling (I am not able to prescribe)

• Functional lab work: hCG, Progesterone & other hormones, CBC, Vitamin D, thyroid hormones, etc.

• Cycle + symptom pattern exploration

• Nutrient + lifestyle foundations for healthy cycling, fertility, and preconception

• Referral to medical providers as needed

Wellness services are only available in person in PA only, preconception planning is open to both PA/NJ. Lab orders are available only to clients in the United States (I can give you a list of labs to order in other countries). For those with private insurance, I can provide a superbill to submit for reimbursement. Contact me for more info!
